The practice

In relationship with the medicines since 2006.

John is a shamanic practitioner and curandero based outside Tarapoto, Peru. His healing path began with maestros from Iquitos in the Loreto region.

Preparing, working with and serving Ayahuasca, Huachuma and Kambo, together with holding shamanic plant dietas, has gifted him a broad base of experience and an ever-deepening relationship with these medicines and their spirits.

The journey

Called into the work through his own need for healing.

Originally from Northeast Ohio, John spent almost twenty years in the finance industry in sales and management roles before being called into this practice through his own healing journey.

That personal experience remains central to how he works today. The practice lives within everyday life and continues to renew and deepen through every ceremony, dieta and relationship with the people who arrive seeking help.
